About Us
As ice cream industry veterans, we knew soft serve warranted a significant portion of the ice cream volume as it offered consumers a special experience and was preferred over hard ice cream. We also knew that there were major deficiencies in soft-serve equipment that kept businesses from carrying it and consumers from accessing it.
We realized that the only way to solve this issue was if we tackled it ourselves. And that's what we did. We developed the Soft Swirl system as a way to bring delicious soft ice cream to business and consumers across the country.

Is Soft Swirl real ice cream?
The Soft Swirl ice cream is real premium soft ice cream, made with with real milk and cream. It is 10% butterfat (most soft-serve is only 5%) which makes it rich, creamy and delicious. You can see our ingredients for each flavor on the Flavors page.
How many pouches are in a case?
There are 8 pouches in a case. The perfect quantity to efficiently stock and restock the freezer.
How often does the machine need to be cleaned?
The Soft Swirl machine only needs a daily wipe down with a simple cleaning solution. The food product never touches the machine so there is no need to disassemble, wash or sanitize the equipment.
When will the equipment be available?
The equipment will be ready to ship in early 2025. Go to the "Contact" page and sign up on our wait list to be one of the first to receive the equipment.
How long does it take to make the ice cream
After the pouch is inserted into the machine, and the start button is pushed it will take about 20 seconds for the product to be dispensed into the cup or cone.
How do I clean the machine
Since no product actually touches the machine, it does not need to be sanitized like other types of soft serve equipment. A simple wipe down is all that is needed.
Where do I get the product?
We will work together with your distributor to ensure you have the product and the flavor variety for your Soft Swirl system.
At what temperature should the product be held?
The product will need to be held frozen in storage. Once it is in the display freezer it will need to be held between 4 degrees Fahrenheit and 10 degrees Fahrenheit.
What type of electrical outlet is required?
No special electrical outlet is required. A simple dedicated 110 outlet for the Soft Swirl machine and one for the freezer is all that is needed.
Does the system require special plumbing?
No special plumbing or drainage is needed. The product is self contained, so a simple wipe down of the machines exterior is all you need to do to keep it clean.
